Glads can kill ranged, but it does take skill. Ranged classes are immensely favored in Aion. Temp is pure tank, glad is off-tank/DPS. Glads can tank essentially all content in this game. That being said, you wanted a tank/DPS. Which will survive the longest? Temp, without a doubt. No chance of killing, but will take the most beating. Has tons of survival skills, and will be a nyerk to kill. Odds are though, if you get anywhere near to killing the ranged class, it'll just run away. Glads can run with no down time if you play your glad well, but temps are much easier to do so with.
