So if your group is fail just keep inviting people in so you finish off.

You will get Various quests in Moreheim, IC Elites at the ENTERANCE to Ice Claw. Then go to Elites inside Fire Temple Solo. For this join a group with a crafter or someone soloing elsewhere, and go into FT alone. Kill first 1-10 elites, exit and reset dungeon in Aion. Fast Safe Lots of xp and good drops.
