I started to work with an Aion leveling guide as soon as I passed to the Abyss areas, as the XP here is quite difficult especially if you don’t know where to go and what to do. Even if I never liked to use guides for playing my MMOs, this turned to be a great idea, as this guide has set my leveling back on track, showing me how to keep a high and smooth XP rate at all time. So the first important thing this Aion leveling guide has taught me about leveling within the Abyss was to keep a low profile, respectively to avoid contact with the enemy players. Too much PvP will hinder any player’s XP flow. Also, this guide has brought to my sight an excellent questing path, pointing out all the NPC clusters in the Abyss areas and ordering all the quests to maximize my XP rate.

First spot I’ve came across is situated North-East of Lake Asteria. The mobs good to grind on here are the Mirrorglass Worms. They can be easily soloed by any class, they don’t deal too much damage, but it’s a good idea to come here at least at level 28, for a smooth grinding. The worms are pretty easy to kill and even the grey loot from them is quite valuable. Second spot is situated on the top island, west of Lake Asteria. It doesn’t have a name, but you can’t miss the level 33-34 Balaur faction mobs. XP here is pretty nice, the mobs have a “juicy” loot table and they also drop Kinah. You will get here nice amounts of Abyss Points as well. Last spot I’m going to show here, that this Aion leveling guide has brought to my knowledge, is placed on the lower island, West from Lake Asteria. The mobs here are level 33-34 Undead type, and give excellent amounts of XP.
